Laughter Yoga

Eagan Pointe Senior Living was full of giggles and guffaws during our Laughter Yoga session with instructor Rona Goldstein. According to Rona, 15 minutes of laughter a day increases quality of life.

During the session, you could hear laughter from the second floor of the building all the way down in the lobby. Afterwards, one tenant said the session made her feel happy for the rest of the day!
