Mardi Gras Party

With the help of gaudy beads, masks and feathers, Eagan Pointe Senior Living residents got into the carnival spirit during our Mardi Gras celebration. Chef Bruce ensured the food lived up to the festivities by preparing shrimp gumbo and Bananas Foster. Let the good times roll!
