On June 15, Eagan Pointe Senior Living celebrated its 7th anniversary! Typically, gifts for a copper anniversary are copper (?) and wool, to symbolize warmth. This June, we kicked off the season with a little summer food, fashion, and fun at Eagan Pointe! Eagan Pointe tenants enjoyed some nice summer weather while sipping cocktails on the patio.
