Cinco De Mayo!
The tenants of Eagan Pointe celebrated Cinco de Mayo with a little guacamole, salsa and chips. We, of course, had some tasty margarita’s, and enjoyed some mariachi music! We even had a little fun with a piñata! It was a celebratory time and much fun was had by all!

Eagan Pointe Garden Cove units celebrated Cinco de Mayo with homemade piñatas. Each tenant took their turn whacking the piñata, trying to bust it open. After they were busted open, the tenants indulged themselves with homemade guacamole and chips! Some even wore a sombrero! Muy divertido!

Eagan Pointe Tenants were visited by an impromptu group of Folk Dancers on May Day. One of the dancers was a son of Eagan Pointe tenants Bill and Barb Hodapp. The dance group usually dances in parks in celebration of May Day but asked to swing by Eagan Pointe since it was SNOWING on May Day!
