Cinco De Mayo!
The tenants of Eagan Pointe celebrated Cinco de Mayo with a little guacamole, salsa and chips. We, of course, had some tasty margarita’s, and enjoyed some mariachi music! We even had a little fun with a piñata! It was a celebratory time and much fun was had by all!

Eagan Pointe Garden Cove units celebrated Cinco de Mayo with homemade piñatas. Each tenant took their turn whacking the piñata, trying to bust it open. After they were busted open, the tenants indulged themselves with homemade guacamole and chips! Some even wore a sombrero! Muy divertido!

Eagan Pointe says CHEERS to our Veteran’s! We had a special Veteran’s Day happy hour, which included yummy treats, drinks and a lot of red, white and blue. Eagan Pointe recognized all the veteran’s that were in attendance and sang a good old American song for them.
