Enjoying the Beautiful Fall Colors
June 21st, 2019
This June, we kicked off the season with a little summer food, fashion, and fun at Eagan Pointe!
Eagan Pointe tenants enjoyed some nice summer weather while sipping cocktails on the patio.
The tenants of Eagan Pointe enjoyed a delightful meal together at Doolittles Woodfire Grill in Eagan. It’s usually an all-female outing, but this time we were lucky enough to have Burt with us. He came with his “cape” on, so we all called him “The King”! Everyone had an amazing time and came back with our bellies full.
Eagan Pointe hosted their semi-annual TaylorMarie’s fashion show. The models of the show are pictured here, left to right: Resident Director Renee, MaryAnn, Mary, Lois, Activity Director Taylor, and Evelyn. The models had so much fun showing off the new spring and summer styles while audience members got to enjoy their peers’ modeling abilities.
The tenants of Eagan Pointe enjoyed reading books with the children from KinderMusik during their weekly visit.

The residents of Eagan Pointe Senior Living are making the best of this fall season! Take a look at some of the fun fall activities from the past couple weeks.
Some of our Garden Cove residents made fall trees come to life with Q-tip painting. Some had already lost their leaves and were raked into a pile at the bottom. The residents used their creativity to bring a little fall to their rooms.
This was an extraordinary day! The residents of Eagan Pointe Senior Living went on a Padelford tour down the Mississippi River. They were able to learn a little bit about the history, as well as see the beautiful nature surrounding the boat.
The residents of Eagan Pointe celebrated Oktoberfest! They enjoyed German snacks, German polka music, and of course, beer. What Oktoberfest celebration would be complete without a little sauerkraut? Prost!Read More

The residents on the Garden Cove floors at Eagan Pointe Senior Living went on a tour of the city to see some holiday lights. We started out by indulging in some decorated holiday cookies. Then the bus took us to a street that had a beautiful display of lights. We ended at a house that had their lights moving along to some holiday music. The residents had a blast seeing the displays.Read More

Eagan Pointe received some new neighbors. Right down the hill from Eagan Pointe a new fire station was built. The Fire Station became operational May 1st and there is a grand opening on June 8th. The Eagan Fire Chief, Mike Scott, invited Eagan Pointe tenants down early to be some of the first few people to see the new building. Eagan Pointe presented the Fire Fighters that were there on the tour with us a statue of the Fire Fighting Emblem, a picture frame with a picture of their new building, and a large card signed by tenants, staff and family of those at Eagan Pointe. The Fire Fighters with the Fire Chief, Mike Scott, then took the tenants around the station, showing them their equipment that they use and their trucks and other rescue equipment. They even let the tenants test out their lazy boys in their day room, shown in the picture with Mary Ronzani. The community of Eagan Pointe is looking forward to many other interactions and get-togethers with the fire fighters of the new Fire Station #1 in Eagan.Read More

Tenants of Eagan Pointe had a great opportunity to see all around the new US Bank Stadium Tour. The Tenants went on a 90 minute walking tour and saw everything from club level seats, suites, the press box, the locker room and even got to stand on the field. There was art work and pictures of Vikings Alumni all around the stadium that the tenants could see and reminisce about.
It was an incredible experience and the tenants enjoyed it so much!Read More
