Alzheimer’s BBQ Fundraiser
Eagan Pointe Senior Living held its 4th Annual National Night Out BBQ fundraiser for the Alzheimer’s Association Minnesota-North Dakota. The Eagan Pointe department pitched in and donated a raffle basket of goodies. Residents, family members, friends, and employees all bought tickets to win the raffle baskets at the BBQ. There’s a saying that the kitchen is the heart of the home, and we couldn’t agree more! Residents had the opportunity to go behind the scenes at Eagan Pointe Senior Living. They took a kitchen tour led by head chef, Matt Lucey. They saw where all their food is made and stored, like the walk-in cooler, and where the dishes are washed!
