November is Alzheimer’s Awareness Month. According to the Alzheimer’s Association, over 16 million Americans provide unpaid care for people with Alzheimer’s or other dementias. We want to recognize and honor all the caretakers who offer their support, strength, and commitment to those suffering with this disease. Thank you for everything you do!

Last month, Eagan Pointe tenants enjoyed an afternoon bus ride to look at all the beautiful fall colors. There was so many red leaves! We couldn’t keep count of how many trees had changed for the fall. ??
