Sam Cleveland and Abigail Shubat recently smoked Cuban cigars that Abigail purchased during her recent trip to Cuba. Sam, a tenant here at Eagan Pointe, is very knowledgeable about cigars and loves to sit outside our patio and smoke them. Abigail, the daughter of Eagan Pointe’s director, met up with him last Monday evening and offered him a cigar she purchased in Cuba. Sam enjoyed his Cuban cigar and taught his new friend how to properly smoke one!
Summer is the time for weddings! Eagan Pointe Senior Living recently celebrated a wedding in style with a beautiful wedding cake, wedding music and games. The cake topper decoration on the cake table was from one of the tenant’s wedding. Helen Johnson displayed three generations of wedding dresses. Her dress is in the middle, her mother’s dress is to the left and Helen’s daughter’s wedding dress is the one on the far right.
We recently had a photoshoot here at Eagan Pointe Senior Living. A photographer stopped by to take photos for our website. The tenants had a blast acting out different scenarios for the camera, including cookie and coffee social hour.
Eagan Pointe Senior Living is starting an opera club once a month on Sunday afternoons. We had a wonderful time watching Hansel and Gretel in June!
Eagan Pointe Senior Living just turned one! We celebrated our anniversary with a delicious barbeque, cake and a slideshow of photos from the past year.
